Free initial consultation where we can get to know more about you, identify your business model, objectives and generally understand what you are trying to achieve.

Complete a KYC questionnaire and agree formal terms of engagement.

"Becoming a team"

Prepare an initial report highlighting the objectives of our engagement. Provide a summary of the key elements that need to be addressed and highlight the most effective ways of achieving the desired goals.

Receive clients feedback and directive and incorporate mutually agreed changes. Re-draft documentation for client approval.

Prepare final draft documentation including clarification on any legal or accountancy issues from our team of professional consultants.

Prepare final memorandum for clients presentation to Bankers, Investors and potential acquirers.

Paul Hesketh

CEO

Paul is an experienced professional who started his corporate career over 45 years ago as the founding director of European Leasing and Trading ‘ELAT’ a business which he established to finance IBM computer systems.

A serial entrepreneur with experience in corporate governance and administration his previous appointments include acting as trustee and adviser to several financial institutions and commercial companies.

In 2001 he became an in investor and director in a National Internet Service Provider (ISP) which over the following 4 years acquired over 20 competitive businesses. The holding company was successfully and profitably sold to British Telecom in 2005.

Over the next 15 years Paul concentrating his energies and skills on the renewable energy sector with specific focus on commercial solar systems. In 2014 he successfully secured a substantial seven figure contact with Stagecoach PLC to install solar panels on their national network of bus depots.

He is a major shareholder and investor in SBS, a drinks manufacturing and distribution company based in Manchester, an active angel investor in new business start-ups with particular focus on the North West and occasional passive investor in crypto currency which he adds 'is not for the faint hearted'.

"Class of 92"

New alcohol brand launch, celebrating the Class of 92’ Manchester United players. MBA was instrumental in securing consent from the Class of 92’ via their marketing agents together with showing proof of business concept and financial forecasts. MBA has also been retained to precure manufacturing, warehousing and distribution on a 12 month revolving contract. As an ‘Angel Investor’ MBA has taken a stake in the business.

"Pet Station"

Free standing vending machines in high commuter traffic areas offering pet essential products. Concept stores are not easy to finance and take significant planning and market research. PS is in the process of negotiating retail outlets on train platforms and bus terminal stations with the aim of attracting busy commuters needing last minute essentials for their dogs and cats (e.g. food, teats, leads, collars, flea and worming tablets) without the absorbent cost of buying through a veterinary surgery. Still at concept stage MBA has been retained to produce a full feasibility study and financial analysis.

"We Auction Any Car"

On-line, real-time vehicle auction website allowing sellers to upload and edit vehicle details. There are a number of established on-line car auction sites, but none that allow the vehicle owner to upload the details of a vehicle and make changes / comments on a real time basis. The site is focused on private sellers who do not want to pay exorbitant auction fees. MBA was commissioned to do a combined business feasibility study and financial forecast. Still at concept stage the company is currently seeking first round funding with MBA acting as introducer.

"Petite Cave"

Established National Wine Distributor offering on-trade sale or return bottles to rural farm shops and butcheries. MBA were contracted to prepare a full business plan and financial forecast for this new concept of creating small bespoke wine cellars in established rural businesses, providing a one-shop experience for customers and increasing turnover and profits for the established outlet. The initial ‘pilot site’ opened in Prestbury, Cheshire 2024.

"C&C Holdings"

Pilot scheme to provide permanent accommodation and full time care and support for neglected and abused children. An intense and complicated procedure requiring registration with OFSTED supported by Local Risk Assessments ‘LRA’, a five year business model and financial forecast. MDA were contracted to assist with all registrations and produce the business and financial models. This is an on-going long term project with potential for National roll-out.
